CHARACTERISTICS: Sweet Edie is a pepper variety developed by Lethbridge and District Horticultural Society guru, Mike Stefancsik. His Sweet Edie pepper is named for his mother.  The original seeds came from Hungary in 1979. This pepper is yellow/white in colour with a sweet thick flesh and provides delicious eating. Plant 14” – 16” apart. Indeterminate. 60-70 days.
